Founder
Jenna Jacobson originates from Calgary and moved to Vancouver in 2006.
She has a degree in film and media from Emily Carr University and pursued a career in the arts before enrolling in the trades discovery program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Refrigeration and the many facets of the industry proved to be a good fit. Jenna has successfully completed her Red Seal Certification in Refrigeration and HVAC. She also holds a Gas B ticket.
In her spare time Jenna continues to pursue her love of music, Dj’ing at local events and recently released an album on Spotify.

Founder
Kamie Palacios grew up in Vancouver but her multi passionate entrepeneur nature led her down many paths. After receiving accreditation as a lifeguard and swim teacher she moved to Mexico at an early age where she taught fitness classes and opened her own learn to swim school. She returned to BC to study Kinesiology at UBC when she discovered she has a talent for sales. She worked as the Personal Shopper for a luxury retailer collecting sales awards and accolades until a family tragedy changed her course. The loss she experienced created an opportunity to start again, selecting a career in the trades where she could combine all her skills, nurture her curiosity, be physical, learn, and help people along the way. Kamie enrolled in the HVAC program at BCIT and has successfully completed her 4th year apprentice. She holds a ticket in plumbing as a Backflow Asembly Tester and continues to dance salsa and teach boxing to the community in her garage gym.
